Is there a population in Mexico that might feel that way? Maybe. I don't think any leaders of these countries/territories are looking to join the US though. Even if they're economically dependent on the US, I wouldn't expect a political leader to be willing to relinquish control in that manner.

I don't think they are, they might be relieved he didn't ask them to be the 51st state. 😛 Canada has been removing products made here in the US and were heard booing during the US National Anthem during a recent hockey game so they're pretty upset that Trump even mentioned trying to make Canada the 51st state. Do I see Mexico doing something like that? Nah, I honestly don't. I think they would just ignore Trump.
