I should create a Techno Forum for those Techno Fans?

What makes you think, that we know what you like, dislike or whatever.

It's not our decision or our right really to tell you what forum you should/should not make, it's up to you and if you can't figure it out yourself, I suggest you save yourself the time and don't bother with it.

If so, I probably going to use ForuMotion...

The problem with forumotion is they refuse to give out backups even if people offer money. So your forum will be trapped there forever. If they ever go out of buisness, your forum will be lost forever. Too much of a gamble I'd say.
