Do you use a Privacy Policy?

So on some forums a Privacy Policy isn't ever made and on others the admins take the privacy policy seriously, so I am curious, do you have a privacy policy on your forum? Is one even needed on a forum?

Yes, and seeing as it has 2,727 views I'm guessing a lot of people read it even if it's only out of curiosity. It's always nice to have one just to protect yourself I guess.

I use both Privacy policy and Terms and conditions on my website. I think they are an essential part of an online business.

Of course. I'm running a professional forum. Members should feel more comfortable posting.
