Do any of you use Gravatar? I do, looks a lot nicer for forums that use Gravatar and a lot of blogs have it integrated, mine does. Looks nicer than having the default.

I use Gravatar for blogs like Wordpress.org and Wordpress.com blogs.

Gravatar is a really excellent concept that will come beautifully installed as default in phpBB 3.1 .

I registered for Gravatar since more and more blogs are using it nowadays. It's the easiest way to have a quickie avatar next to your comments or even for forum posts if the particular forum software has Gravatar integration.

I don't change it often though.. maybe just a few times since my registration date.

An avatar that is used on many sites simply by signing up to Gravatar and selecting an avatar.

It's because a lot of sites and software use it. Automattic (WordPress.com) owns Gravatar, so you have to use it to post on many blogs.

I use it. It makes things so much more simple. Some websites don't have it though and it makes me sad. 😛
