Do you use profanity on your forum?

The question has been asked if you allow profanity on your forum.

For those of you who do, what about you?

Do you ever use profanity on your own forum? If yes, in what context do you use it? Do you ever use it against someone whether they're a member or not a member of your community?

Some say forum owners who use any sort of profanity are painting a bad image for their forum. Others think it's fine to use some profanity. How do you feel about it?

I do use profanity on my forums, my forums aren't really kid friendly so since all my members are adults I don't mind if people swear. I don't use it excessively, every once in a while I'll drop a curse word.

I am against profanity in my forums, and if I see it in any forums I am visiting, I would just leave it.

I never minded the use of profanity on my forums as long as it wasn't excessive or used against another person, regardless of if they were a member of the community. I've personally used profanity on forums I've run, but not excessively and never in important posts that are meant to be more professional.

I don't use profanity on any of my forums and neither do any of my members. I also refrain from using it on forums I'm a member of. I save it for when I do something stupid at home😊
