Do you use Skype?

I always have Skype on when I'm on the computer. I sometimes can't keep up with the group chats on there so I just let them run in the background. Unfortunately, I tend to miss individuals sending me a message on there and I sometimes don't get back to them until hours later. Which is terrible I know. I have to improve in that department. Do you use Skype?

I use skype and I too get lost in group chats often. The downside to some are when people add you to new spam groups without asking first.

It's interesting, now when I think of it, I use Skype mostly for business contacts and for communicating with friends and family I use Viber.

I have it & use it for forum related things and to socialize with friends I've made online. Don't really use it for irl purposes. I usually just let it run in the background though & only check it every once in a while unless someone pings me or I'm actively involved in a group chat. (I have my group chats set to only notify me if someone says "Felly" that way I'm not constantly getting pinged by them.)

I use it daily to keep up with the staff team here, as well as old friends that I have worked wiht in the past. Other than using it to discuss my forum-life, I don't use it for much else!

A lot of people tend to use Skype for business purposes. It definitely does make it convenient to be able to send/receive files.

I didn't know it's mostly used for business. I made an account to participate in an online karaoke sessions my forum friends used to host, but I've never really used it regularly.

I've never thought about using Skype for Karaoke sessions. That must have been a lot of fun! 🙂

The phone app is kinda buggy/laggy at times, I only use it for quick conversations until I can get to a computer 🙂

I have skype on three platforms, phone, tablet and two computers, one of those are windows 10. I don't have Skype open at all apart from my phone and mostly I get nothing apart from when I make a rearrangement for Skype video call.

Anyway I have my outlook email address open Most of the time and that's where I get to see who is online or who wants to be added.

I used to like Skype, till Microsoft brought them and changed it around . Specialty the flipping god damn advertisement.
