My parents do, I learnt at the same time my dad goes on forums too so it must run in the blood. :great: Though he's usually on different sorts of forums usually helping people out with stuff. 🙂
Mine know the "gist" of what I do, such as go on forums, create websites, etc but they don't really understand. My mom could care less about the internet, and my dad goes on forums that are about his work and help people, which is nice.
I also help people on support forums a lot, so it must run in the blood haha! 😛.

I live with my parents , but they don't know about what I do over the internet , probably because my dad's just interested in social networking sites and nothing more.
Yes, they know I own a few websites online, and that I am interested in "making money online" with my websites. But, they don't know much about my social networking and gaming habits.
My mom goes on my forum, goes on Facebook, etc. on the internet. All of that old people stuff lol. My dad, however, plays games like APB:Reloaded and browses the net on his pc, but he knows everything about computers unlike my mother.
If my dad where to watch what I was doing right now he would have no idea what was going on so they really don't know what I do even if I explain it to them.
My parents think I play games all day long on the computer. I haven't even touched minecraft for a month >.>
But if I told them that I ran multiple websites and was talking to random people over the internet they'd either force me to stop or they'd register on my forum and totally make it un-cool.
So... I just go along with I play games all day >.<
I would hope not. I haven't told them, they haven't asked, so they only way they could know is if they were sticking their nose into my laptop and browsing history.
