it's pretty much like sprite, 7up, those kind of soft drinks and such.

They only started selling it here in the UK in the last few years.

It's like a much sweeter version of Sprite / 7UP. Though it contains different chemicals, and in some instances will give you temporary stomach pains until you adjust to it (similar to the xylitol effect in sugar-free polos).
