Does anyone know how to install Zend Optmizer?

I need to install Zend Optimizer to run a script on my forums but It seems a little complicated to do on GoDaddy. If someone has a clue about this please help. Cheers

It's a application that encodes and decodes files to run on a server, aswel as many other things.
It's just needed for a script I was trying to run on my server but sadly I can't even access the SSH on GoDaddy so I'm just going to leave it alone for now 🙂
