Does anyone know how to set the administrative permissions?
I have recently hired a co admin, but he didn't seem to be able to access to acp.

I'm viewing the administrative permissions, so no wonder that The Radial buttons don't exist.

Is this a free host or an installation of Phpbb on slast server?.
