I enjoy writing! I have really got into blogging lately because I have a lot of fun making new blog posts and it helps to reduce the stress in my life. I suppose writing just allows me to let go of some of my ideas and publish them away from my mind which "lightens my load" in my head.
So I am wondering... Does blogging help you reduce your stress? Or does blogging make your stressed?
