Do you believe buying traffic will hurt your SEO efforts? Personally I am not certain. Buying traffic could be great to help you boost the advertising on your website or forum though it could come at a risk of hurting your search engine rankings. Do you think buying traffic will effect your SEO efforts?

Depends on the traffic. A steady flow of targeted traffic could be very beneficial as long as the referrer is high quality.

Not sure if it will help or hurt your SEO but it could get your Adsense or advertiser account suspended as most forbid artificial traffic.
