Does God Exist?

In my opinion a God or supernatural being does not exist, the thought of a higher being watching over are every move and judging is just does not make logical sense. What are your opinions on religions and god. Anyone insulting another member for their beliefs will be reported.

Before we continue this debate, can everyone please remember that everyone has different beliefs and different opinions, so if someone doesn't agree with you - please don't have a go at them, and don't tell them that what they believe is wrong.

Im not saying any of you will do it, but im just making sure.

Huge discussion will break out in this thread, I already know. But all I am saying is that I do believe that there is Heaven and Hell. I do believe that there is a God named Jesus. 🙂

Why do you believe in a Heaven and Hell? The whole concept of a floating oasis in clouds or a pit of flames with tortured souls just sounds a bit ridiculous to me. I am assuming that you are Catholic or Christian.

No he would not have been called God, he would have been called by his name which was Jesus.
He is the son of god, and god in human form. Trust me these are the teachings of Christianity and Catholicism.

There are no 'tortured souls' but 'tortured spirits' who posses a soul.

Is there a heaven or hell? I don't know, I do know though that humans have very developed brains and thus are big headed and curious enough to presume life after death as they are worried about the big 'die' scene. I don't know, no one knows - I don't think there is though.
