Don't like it at all ,it all looks to chaotic but that's just my opinion.

The text is the main problem I can see. It doesn't have a good enough font to match the white. Plus it's far too small for the descriptions.

It looks like a bit of a mess at the moment to be bluntly honest. It might just be on my end, but on your sidebar there is text overlapping each other making the whole sidebar unreadable.

Are you using Fire-fox wait for the page to load the text should not overlap.

The banner at the top is good, but far to big and the legend at the bottom of the page is like a rainbow and I don't know who a moderator is, I assume moderators are called 'Ninjas' but there is about 6 different groups with the word 'Ninja' in it. Forum on the whole isn't bad though but things need straightening up a bit.

I'm not a fan of forumotion myself. Because if you want to add more forums in the future, you won't be able to have subforums. If you want PHPBB and you can't afford Cpanel hosting my recommendation would be http://www.prophpbb.com they're awesome and I have used them before.
