The site is loading quite slow in my Firefox but doing great with chrome. I do have a 5Mbps internet speed. Also the “Welcome Xbox live fan” and the rest of the images from the green background is not visible. The same with Chrome, I guess you removed it.

Just a suggestion, the background is a never. The majority of pixels, thus bytes are located in the centre, which is never visible. To save loading time, you only really need the sides, so cut out the middle, and just have the sides.

I assume you have since deleted the text and images on each sidebar?

It looks fine in 1920x1080 using chrome. But the background image tiles when you scroll down the page, and that doesn't look good.
