I think it depends on the user. I know not everyone likes swear words, and they prefer their communities to be PG but there's others who don't necessarily mind the swears. Now as for using a domain name with a swear word in it, that could potentially deter people from visiting the site. The domain name is the first thing you see anyways when you go looking for sites to visit. (Or at least it's the first thing I notice.)Swearing on your site or forum can create a negative user experience, which might indirectly affect your SEO as it drives users away.
If a cuss word is in your domain name, your site may be placed under the ‘safe search’ filter, which can reduce traffic from search engines. They might filter your site, and the same can apply to your content if it contains an abundance of cuss words. It’s best to keep such language to a minimum to avoid your site being labeled or filtered.
