Well, this may sound weird, or some how funny, but does watching cartoon make you less adult. Because at my age i still do watch cartoons and i love it, one of the best moments of my life are spent watching cartoons. anyone still watch cartoons here?.
I am 54 now and I admit that I watch cartoons once in a while especially when I am not doing anything at home and there's no better program on tv. One of my favorite cartoons is the Mr. Bean animation which never fails to elicit laughter from me. People tell me that watching cartoons can make you feel younger because you are somewhat reliving the good old days when you were young. And I believe in that.
Lots of adults watch cartoons - but normally it's The Simpson's or some other "adult cartoon", so to speak (not meaning porno).
Anyway, I like Beavis and Butthead or The Critic (a comic show in the 90s with Jon Lovitz as the voice). Never got much into King of the Hill, The Simpsons, or South Park but didn't think they were terrible (but for the 2nd and 3rd, I think they took cheap shots at religion - sort of like how the Simpsons does).
I don't think so at all. There are many cartoon shows that are marketed specifically to adults. Rick and Morty for example, I don't think it makes you less of an adult to watch shows like that.
I'm 22 years old, i still read manga and watch cartoons, anime and watch movies about superheroes. I see no problem at all, that is everyone's preference
