Does your forum use RSS feeds?

Does anyone else here have RSS feeds on the forum for other members to use? Honestly I took mine all off, I don't get RSS feeds nor do I get the reason why they should be there. 😛 Anyone else take them completely off or anyone else confused about RSS feeds?

I don't have a forum, but yes my website use RSS feed. Its always good to have RSS feed to update your website news to your subscribers. They are good for immediate updates for your website.
