I guess we can all find this website with a simple Google search, but this is the website I liked to use whenever I was looking to find a deal on a domain. I used to have domains on 5-6 different registrars, but I decided to migrate all of them over to NameCheap at some point in time. Keeping up with domains on multiple registrars can be irritating. Still, I just recently came across this website again, so I figured I'd share.

What website(s) do you guys utilize to find the best prices on domains, or do you always stick to one registrar, regardless of the price?

When trying out other registrars, make sure that you pay attention to all of the details. There are plenty of registrars that charge like $1 for that initial registration, but then renewal fees are outrageous beyond that. You can hopefully transfer your domain in that situation, but I would be hesitant to do business with those types of registrars. Also, if you care about having Whois protection, some registrars (Like NameCheap and Dynadot) provide that with the cost of the domain. If you absolutely have to have Whois protection, then you should pay attention to the cost of that as well.

I use Namecheap alone to maintain all my domain, few registrars provide the domain for very low price for the first year and lock the domain to themselves. Which makes the transfer to other registrar invalid, Thanks for the very good site to compare domain prices. Sad it gives out the price in USD alone, or is there a way to change the currency?

I don't believe there's a currency conversion feature anywhere on there, unfortunately. I still think it's an excellent resource though.

I typically use NameCheap as well. It's what I'm most familiar with by far. Still, I wouldn't say it's always the best option, especially in terms of registration/renewal fees. Depending on the particular domain extension that you are looking to register, some registrars (like Dynadot or NameSilo) can be cheaper.
