I didn't think you could, to be perfectly honest with you. Dot.tk domains don't look professional. If you were serious, at least go for some .com or a .net. Occasionally, you'll find coupons from providers and such.

For the cheapest, reliable .net and non verified PayPal, I would say NameCheap.

Depends. I often see good deals on name.com, so I'd recommend them.

But before you buy the domain name, Google for promocodes to get them at a cheaper price.
