Howdy..

When my forum was hosted on freeforums, i purchased a domain. But not long after, we moved to advanced hosting and a free domain was offered.

Once my current domain has expired, would i still be able to use the free domain provided with advanced hosting (Lunar Pages)?

You won't be able to unless you got the domain transferred to Lunarpages when you moved..

If you didn't get your free domain when you signed up or if you didn't transfer your domain then you can't now get a free domain for life.

Thanks Fowler. Not sure what you mean by transferred though. When signing up for Lunar Pages, it asked if i wanted the free domain and i clicked the option:

No, i already have a domain: [Enter domain here]

So, am i still eligible for the free domain for life?

Also, how much is a .net domain, for life that is.

you can't buy a domain for life, max is ten years

Thanks Fowler. Not sure what you mean by transferred though. When signing up for Lunar Pages, it asked if i wanted the free domain and i clicked the option:

I am not entirely sure if it is to late or when you should have contacted them about transferring the domain but read here - http://www.lunarforums.com/lunarpages_w ... 751.0.html
