Pros: I love your custom banners and buttons. It is good that you show your hosting plans (including price) on the main homepage. This will allow potential customers to know what plan they need and how much they are going to need to pay in order to receive the plan.
The overall layout of the site is near perfect. On each page the content is arranged well and you know exactly how to organize it. Your tabs are also arranged well. The overall Grammar/Punctuation is really good as well. I picked random pages and didn't find any grammatical nor punctuational errors. This is hard to do. Good job!
I like your amount of support. Having your amount of support shows customers and potential customers that help is always right around the corner. You also offer Video Tutorials and a F.A.Q section. Both of these are major pluses in my book if I were to order or purchase a domain/hosting plan from you.
Cons: Your website offers hosting so why does the text in the far top of your header say "Domaintech - Cheap online domains!"? That is very misleading. When I first visited I thought the site was going to be strictly about domains. However now that I've see that you offer hosting and other things I would advise changing that text. You are far more than just cheap online domains.
This is a very personal opinion, yet this is my review on your site. I don't necessary like seeing black text just sitting on a white background. Maybe try to get a colored background, not white. Or you could put all your text in boxes which is better than just letting it sit on a white background. If you opt for a colored background then make sure you don't overdue it or if you use boxes make sure you don't overdue those. That might be hard to do but try your best
Final/General Thoughts: Great site! As you can tell I had more positive comments then negative comments. If you fix the few things I mentioned your site will be in tip top shape.
What was most liked about the website/forums: I'm going to say the thing I liked most about your site is the amount custom banners and buttons. They added such a great touch to the site.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: What I disliked most was black text on a white background. Think of a creative way to fix that and you'll be good to go.
