You have in Total members 124 i don't know when you started so it is hard to comment on so on to some ideas to gain more members? , well you could try advertising every you can, if you work hard at this it could pay off big time. Also go around your forum and post every where you possibly can this will incur age your members and staff to do the same.
Number Of Active Members: (5/10)
This is not that good, you have 124 and only 1738 post, i would expect and active forum with 45 members to have that many after 3 weeks. You need to give the members reason to come on your forum more, maybe some contest would help? , something to drive members to your site. In all you need to aim to get your forum a whole lot more active.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (5/10)
As i have stated above, you have 1738 post, and thats not good considering your amount of members and shows that your forum is not as active as it could be, start more section and ideas to give your members fresh things to do at your forum, remember members like forums with new content and ideas.
Appearance (First Impressions): (8/10)
I like the skin you are using, quite easy on the eyes, i think you could be with a better logo that represents your forum better for what it is, maybe go to the forum promotions graphics section and request a new one? a nice logo is a good way to impress guest on your forum.
Layout: (9/10)
You have made good use of sub section and in doing that you have saved space, your spelling and grammar is good (always a plus) and everything seems to be in the right place. Not i think there i no harm in adding more sections to your forum, get your staff together and come up with some fresh ideas.
Moderation: (10/10)
From what i can see your forum seems all in order, you have moderators and they seem to keep everything in check. You may need more mods as your site gets more popular.
Activity: (5.10)
As i have said above, your activity is not as good as it could be, take all my advice from the above and try to change it.

Done. Very good review, but its ironic that the logo I purchased from the FP Graphics section wouldn't get liked very much by you.
