Dotbu - would you use this?

Dotbu will be an online place to sell all your domains, forums, sites, ad space etc. It isn't a forum, it's a script like eBay, trade me etc.

My question is would you use something like this? Has BIN, reserves, bid increasements and even reputation..... Much easier than just using a forum.

I don't trust selling anything online, whether for forum currency or real currency... too many scammers out there, so I would have to vote no.

You'd have to some some legal contract binding with this, otherwise people could scam you. But this would require everyone to be 18+ 🙁

The reason people use eBay is because they are protected from scammers and is a secure site . I like the idea but if you want to be successful then you need lot of money, legal team (Lawyers), and secure severs (hackers would love to hack eBay or any site like it).

There are many bigger websites like this such as Digitalpoint.com. If you made yours as big as this, possibly.

From the angle of just selling web sites it'd be tough to compete with Flippa, but having the sites properly categorized like "only forums for sell", "only domains" would be pretty nice. I think the way Flippa does domains is garbage so I would use something like this.

ZINC your site would have to compete with the existing sites that are doing this. You would be starting with a disadvantage because they are already established. Have you thought of a way that you could be better than them?

Many online shops are +18 for a reason. It wouldn't be good to have a five year old go on a site like yours and try to sell something, because they're only learning how to keep promises and do what's expected of them. So many such sites have age restrictions for a reason.
