Double New Thread button

Hey guys, please see the image in the attachment
Basically the upper new thread button is unwanted, and maybe I did a mistake with it so there's a button up there. I guess it's just a matter of removing it from the templates.
The problem is, where is that template? I guess it's somewhere in the forum bit templates, but I don't exactly where it is.
Can somebody enlighten me up by telling me what template I need to look at if I wanna remove the button?

There is always one at the top and bottom, it's not a mistake. Are you wanting that one removed?

Oh yes, my bad, my bad, my bad and my bad again, it's because the forum was empty that's made me think it's an error.
