For a bunch of free plugins, go to http://www.community.mybb.com For paid plugins go to http://www.mybbcentral.com (very cheap) Once you've downloaded a plugin, simply upload it via your FTP. They usually have instructions included in either the download, or on the thread which it is posted on. Once your plugin is uploaded, go to ACP > Config > Plugins > Activate.
