Here. Downtown Tokyo is a pretty friendly place. It's small, but growing, and I can't even find people who WANT to be staff. So you tell me, what is soooo wrong with my forum that I can't even get people to take staff positions. Thanks in advance. Be honest, because I am running out of ideas. My budget is $0.00 so please keep suggestions in that price range. Thanks! I know my forum is pretty boring, so tell me what I should do.

First thing I noticed is the cursor, I don't like it. Sorry to be blunt but I would much rather the default cursor.

The logo is quite basic as it's just text.

However you have nearly 3,000 with 78 members, that is not bad at all.

Yeah the cursor is really annoying, and i'm not that into the theme either. This is hosted on a free domain right? Maybe thats the reason why people don't want to be staff, i've never seen a popular site hosted on a free domain. It just doesn't work.

Alright, I will remove the cursor. And the-bell-tree is hosted on zetaboards, and has over 1 million posts. Though it is full of hackers and the staff there only like to ban people, it's still a big site. Just because I don't want to spend money on a domain/host shouldn't stop people from joining a place.

I have changed them theme, and added a code that does something when to hover over the navigation bar on the site, which is next to be updated. So tell me if you think it is annoying to have, or what you like or don't like about it.
