A few tips.

Get a new domain. Even if it is free like co.cc or co.nr or .tk.
I say you have focused your description on getting moderators.
A better theme may do, but i am not a fan of dar themes but if you insist to use it, use it.

I would not recommend those... Either stick with your hosts subdomain or pay a small amount for a proper .com or .net domain.
