Style
I did not like the default style at all. I thought it was too dark and you change the font color from gray to white or make them bigger.

Site Layout
I think you should combine Site Suggestions and Help/Problems to crate Feedback & Support. Next you should put Computer Gaming in Gaming Discussion then put Coding & Software in General Discussion, and delete Technology Lounge & Computer Gaming.

I think for gaming forum that has been opened for a year you should have more post. I also notice most of the post (¼) are in General Discussion which is not good. Try to get members to post in any of the forums in Gaming Discussion other then Nintendo Discussion because that forum has a good amount of forum.

One of your admin agentmanningctu only has 104 posts which bad when there 2 admin about 1,000 each. That bring us to way do you have 3 admin and 3 mods? I think that is too much and you should not get any more staff.
