It looks alright, my opinion is you should use the vBulletin 3.6+ because vBulletin 4 just looks horrible.

We've already made the site.

Also, I don't know which VBulletin we have.

They made it and just made me an admin now.

Your using the vBulletin 4 forum software. I would use the vBulletin 3.6+.
Or even better switch to XenForo 😉.

It was version 4.1.3.

Can't change that now though.

No, they already had done that before I was let on the team.

However, I might be able to install plugins and stuff.

However, I am NOT the founder of the site, so I shouldn't just be changing styles and stuff with his permission or the approval of the other admins/mods.

I'm trying to get new, REAL, not the spammers I've been having to deal with lately, members at the forum. We already have 17 members.

In the mean time, why aren't we getting many real users?

True, we do have many blank categories, but that's because it's supposed to be a community thing and we need other people so that they can comment on Ruby programming and that kind of stuff.
