Yes, I always use it, I really like the FTP feature, where when you edit, it downloads from server and uploads when you save 😀

Dreamweaver makes messy code not to mention it is better to code by hand.

I use Dreamweaver and I code all my self, or by hand as you said, you don't have to use all of Dreamweaver other stuff, I just use it as a code editor. 😀
