How good are you at picking out your clothes that will match the weather for the day? I thought it was going to be 70 F today...and it probably could get up there, but it's SO COLD right now. I put on shorts and a t-shirt thinking I'd go hiking, but wow, I want to put on a sweatshirt and sweatpants and stay inside. It better warm up soon.
I usually check the weather each night if I know I'm going out the next day, and I'll set out clothes accordingly based on the weather. Sometimes it's a little chillier than I expect, or like today, I didn't realize it was supposed to rain a bit, so I won't have a jacket on me, and I usually just suffer because I don't feel like going back upstairs to get one/I've already left home and it's too late for me to go back.
I usually just wear shorts all year round, even when it's cold so I don't really pay much attention to the weather unless I know it's going to storm and it's cold so then I'll at least grab a hoodie or coat to wear. If it snows however and I have to go outside, I will at least put a pair of pants on then.
The recent weather in my part of the UK (south east coast) has been really strange recently. It alternates from baking hot to cold and wet on a daily basis.
If I'm out I'm usually jogging so I wear the same clothes regardless. If it's hot I'm sweating, if it rains I'm wet. There's really no difference although I prefer the rain.
Well, throughout the summer I just wear a short sleeved t-shirt and jeans, unless I'm doing yard work then it's just shorts. During autumn and the winter, I dress in long sleeves and a jacket with jeans.
