First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I REALLY like the dungeon background. It gives a very warm feeling when visiting the site, and fits so well with the genre. The banner, tbh, isn't so good, but the dungeon background really just blows the viewers mind.
If I were interested in the genre, I'd register right away. You really just suck the guest right in with the dungeon background and the easy to navigate board. Excellent job!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Alright, well your site has a unique concept, so I'm not going to complain about the Important Info categorys excessive amount of boards; however, you can do better by getting rid of the " Advertise and Affiliate " board from there, as all that does is draw in people who register and make their ad post then never come back. I'd move it way down to the bottom.
I'd also consider making " Claim " a subforum of " Join Us "
The dungeon maddness category looks good, as does outside world.
I like how you have a boys and a girls forum, for each gender, specifically. Good areas.
Also, I really suggest you get rid of the " Deleted and Finished Threads " board. Once a thread is deleted, it should be deleted, and only you, the admin, and moderators, should see them.
Other than those issues, the layout is in pretty good shape!

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board has been around roughly 2 months now, and you have about 500~ posts and 20~ members. This is alright, but it is a little poor. I suggest you advertise more and do more exchanges. If you get this site around more, people are bound to join!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I think it appears that only you is on the staff team, which is perfect for now. You don't need ANY more staff other than you until your board has about 2,500 posts. Then, picking up another staff member will be a good idea.

Final Remarks:
I think your board has a lot of potential. The biggest problem right now is that you're not promoting enough, and not participation in enough exchanges to get posts and members for your board.
Make sure to take part in many exchanges, and utilize the FP services, like feautured forums, and the package service.

The appearance, without a doubt. The dungeon background just draws anyone right in.
