Dynamic Sig

I saw Murder He Wrote's sig, and saw a dynamic sig in it. Does anyone have a tutorial link or just a tutorial to do that, as I have searched Google and havent found one, but have seen one before.

Im not sure as to how to move the text around and such, and change bg image, but will look into and maybe post it here.
