Definitely some great themes, especially considering the designer is only 14-15 years of age.

Oh, he's really good.

I'm getting a custom theme done by him, and I remarked him that it will be the best one he's ever done. I'm going to further enhance it afterwards.

There's another one I know who does everything, but I don't know if he's done anything recent.

http://www.audentio.com - He's another good one, but his specialty is MyBB and vBulletin.
Christian Bullock has made some decent stuff as well for phpBB. However, you should contact Mr. Green for his pricing, as I am not fully familiar with his structure.
