FFXV. <3 Kingdom Hearts 3. <3 Although most probably I won't be able to get the console... Can't wait to see those projects in action.

Totally agree.

Sony had the best presentation, in my opinion. They just basically trolled Microsoft.

I read that too in some articles about E3. Actually Sony had equal pressure, I think. At least from FFXV as it was originally a part of FFXIII and it's been so many years without updates that everyone was looking forward to it so much (many got bored midway too though). I suppose it was worth the wait.

Well, too bad I'm just not a fan of Microsoft in terms of gaming. 😛

Although Microsoft clearly lost the public relations battle at E3, perhaps more interesting is the aftermath: the Internet has been abuzz with mockery or concern about the direction taken for Xbox One, two examples of which are "E3: Xbox One vs. PlayStation 4? Twitter says... No contest" (San Bernardino County Sun) and Jeremy Jahns' review, "Xbox One: The Problem."

However, instead of damage control, not longer after E3 Xbox chief Don Mattrick suggested that people who take issue with always-on, one of the controversial aspects of their upcoming console, should use the 360, prompting a flurry of media articles that garnered a lot of less than flattering comments for Microsoft, and an episode on the 12 June episode of Tech News Today titled "Go Home Microsoft, You're Drunk."

Even so, as TNT host Tom Merrick pointed out, Sony may have the stronger holiday season, but the next-gen console war is from the over between Sony and Microsoft and the controversy will blow over. And Mr. Mattrick is not necessarily wrong.

However, though his remarks were made under composure, they still speak to the lack of control on the public relations front which should be put under control if the Xbox team wants Sony to actually put in effort keeping its next-gen console image more polished instead of simply counting on their competitor to self-inflict wounds which may be taken advantage of for the short term.

I feel the PC has a chance of being one of the most popular gaming platform for a lot of gamers since the cost of a PC which can play games is going down steadly, and many more affordable PC even with Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics can play many 3D games from Steam, Gog.com, and other stores which sell games for a lot less.

I kind of feel the PS4, and Xbox One are just living room PCs with controllers, but don't have as many features as a PC.

They both don't really bring as many new features like the last generations like the Wii with the Wiimote and nun-chuck motion controller, Xbox 360 Kinect, and PS3 which uses a Cell CPU which is found on super computers. Early PS3 Fat models also can play PS2 games, and the Xbox 360 can play Xbox games.
