Earth Hour

I might, one hour isn't that much time. Depends what I am doing that day though.

I can't imagine to think of how much looting there will be everywhere this 'earth hour' is happening.

Looting? If its just the main power, stores can use backup generators for security alarms. Police radios will still work and such as well. I wouldnt worry too much as they did this in 08 as well from what I read on the site.

I think its a good, fun idea. Not sure how effective it really is, but seems like it could do alot, even if just help measuer how much energy we use hourly.

I did it last year, it was kinda cool. It made us talk to one another rather the TV/wii/ps3/DVD doing the talking for us. Stores will be fine it more of an at home thing (i think) ~cheesey_grin~
