Be careful... It can have a negative effect on your ranking in Google if you use something like this as it won't look natural.

Yup, wouldn't use any submitter tool. Stay clear of them if you don't wish to be penalized. You need to do it manually to ensure it looks legit, is all done correctly and so you accomplish more by doing all the work yourself.

Well after submitting to about 30 - 50 I can say this works.

Why can you be penalised?

Because it is automatic and not done by humans therefore some sites could judge submissions from sites like the one posted above as spam or submissions from bots and not humans.
