This has nothing to do with Search Engine Optimization, and this is not Blackhat (meaning, this is not illegal. Dur dur dur. Why would I be promoting something that is illegal?).
Artificial traffic does nothing for SEO, because it does nothing to actually increase how you optimize the site. This is just a traffic source, not a SEO site that gives you suggestions on how to make your site more SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY.
I don't see how you can think that a site that gives you traffic, is a site that helps you out in trying to better organize your site, to better get in search engines.
It is after all a traffic site, that holds your site in an I-Frame, which search bots cannot use to better index your site.
It is a traffic exchange site. Basically, for every site you visit in this system (which I believe has around 100,000 sites in it), through a random rotator, you gain 0.6 credits, with a bonus amount showing up every now and then that can increase your credits you built up. The bonus credits are between 1 and 5 credits, which can double what you are earning, if you are paying attention to the bonus's that show up.
Once you get the credits you want, you can use any amount of it, based on a time scale allocation, that will eat the credits up, depending on how long you set the timer to. The less time you set on it, the more visits you get.
Help with what? Need to be specific on these things.
It is just a traffic exchange, and you don't always get members from it, because of the nature of the site. If there was a 50% conversion rate, I would have personally paid for credits, instead of going after them through the free way. The Conversion rate is low, so you are not going to get loyal visitors from every visit to your sites.
There is no gold mine here if you think you are going to get quality.
Traffic exchanges are only that. Traffic exchanges.
