I don't know why it does that for you. I tried visiting the site on my computer, Vista, with Internet Explorer 8 - And everything works fine.

Maybe the change in resolution has something to do with it. Then again maybe not. Try changing the resolution on your PC and test it again just to see if it's something that's a resolution problem. Maybe it's just my computer. Sometimes things just are...

Well I don't think it's just the resolution. Because I noticed on your picture, the theme/template didn't load correctly. So I don't know at all whats wrong... 🙁

I hate to hijack the thread, but I figure to keep within the conversation, and I'm asking the community, what should I do to correct the problem being stated by the user?

I am getting the same problem, replace the banner with a horizontal banner and make it centered that should fix it.
