Well, I've just about bought all I need for now. So I figured I'd share this info with other users for those who never thought to check eBay for backlinks. I've gotten PR7 links for as low as $14, with Do-Follow. And PR5 permanent links for as little as $4.

This page will get you started.

And remember, you buy at your own risk on eBay, but so far, I've had no bad transactions on the links I've purchased so far πŸ™‚

I'm an eBay seller (I don't sell backlinks) and these sellers have been around for quite a while now. The only thing I'll say to you is that some links simply do not last. The blog owner can remove these at any time - or change them to no follow, they are not always permanent. If you get the right tools, it's very easy to get a list of backlinks without paying a penny, that way you aren't throwing money down the drain when they are removed.

Edit:
Also, if you are going to purchase backlinks, please make sure you are aiming for a keyword that people search for! Using your forum name in a backlink won't help your serps as much as a searched keyword will. πŸ˜›

Note that hcf is talking about PR5, PR7 type links. Those generators merely create a new page on that site, and hopefully some PR juice flows onto those pages. A quality PR5+ link would definitely be on benefit to your site.

Anyone that knows me, knows I KNOW my backlink info. As David replied with, these aren't spammed backlinks on obscure site pages, they're pageranked quality backlinks, that are permanent You just gotta be sure to read the description.

Now, they may not be a site targeted at a forum's genre, but a PR5+ backlink is better than 50 PR0 backlinks. At least to me.

And, I understand how targeting key words works. πŸ˜‰

And, fanta, no prob, sweets 😎

I've seen lots of backlinks offered for sale on various forums in the past, but have never noticed them selling on eBay, before. Thanks for sharing that with us hcfwesker.

Thanks for the interesting response πŸ™‚
No, some aren't spammed, but a lot of these websites end up full of nothing but links, and lose page rank because it has no decent content (I've seen this happen to a couple of .org sites). Also, a lot of buyers don't take into consideration that these sites can be reported to Google, then, you lose your link and the money you have paid, it's been totally pointless in other words. They are against googles terms of service - which, since you state that you know your backlink info, I'm sure you're aware of.

I've got backlinks that I've earned by simply spending some time contributing on blogs, from PR1 to PR6 without paying a penny, so it's possible without getting the cash out. And at least if the link is created naturally, you aren't going against Googles TOS.

When I mentioned using keywords I was mentioning it to everyone that's interested, not just you, some people don't understand how keywords, or SEO for that matter, work. πŸ™‚

I kinda realized that afterwards πŸ™ But, yeah, i seen some buying links for their site wanting text links saying ( for example) "the gaming grounds forum" ; when i've commented explaining they should simply have something like "game forum" or "video game site".

I understand the risks involved, but $14 for a PR7 link that MAYYYY only last just a few months is still worth the gamble to me πŸ™‚
