I bought something off Ebay, but the seller did not give me a shipment confirmation like other Ebay Sellers. It been half a week. I tried contacting him, but he did not reply to my e-mail I sent to his paypal e-mail or messages I sent to him via Ebay.
I just paid via Paypal for the product, and the seller did not contact me regarding my purchase status. I don't know if he even send me my purchase.
When should I file a complaint with Paypal and Ebay?
Thanks for the link, yeah, best to send them an email, i was just checking how many items he has sold, as i have delt with some ebayers who have 500,000+ trader and sell about 1,000 items a day and they don't reply, but i always got the item.
I wouldn't worry, with ebay you've got a 99.9% chance to win if you're the buyer, it's pretty hard for a buyer to get scammed nowadays. Happens a lot more to sellers.
Just do everything you can to let Ebay know that you never got what you wanted. The longer you wait, the less important they will think it is, as you waited quite a while and they have a lot to do.
I'm betting he's just a procrastinator. A lot of people send items ways of USPS with the cheapest method possible and don't even buy tracking info. My best guess is he's being lazy and he'll neglect you until you become so pestering that he'll get off his ass and ship it.
