Has anyone sold a eBook to do with your niche. For example if I ran a website about promotion, you could sell a whole eBook about how to promote websites. I reccomend selling for around $3 a book. here's how to make one: http://www.squidoo.com/howtomakeanEbook

When I see websites that sell ebooks, they're usually spammed with ads for it, though its a good idea, be sure to keep your links out of the way of normal site content.

Sounds like a good idea... I have a course, I could sell the eBook to members wanting the info but not wanting to go on the course... Hmm...

The only problem with this is the fact that when a certain someone gets it, they will most likely pirate it and start putting it up on free distribution.

You'd need some heavy anti-piracy protection added into the ebook to make it worthwhile.

You never know. I'm thinking about writing one, probably an actual book type ebook, about political opinion.

Bloggers write ebooks all the time and then either sell them or give them away free. Personally I feel there is a great opportunity for forum owners to do the same and more of us should be doing it. If a forum owner writes good quality posts and is helpful to me, I'd be happy to buy their ebook.

I want to be later in life, i'm only 15 now :lol: , but i've been involved in politics for the past three years. I love it.

I reckon it would be something I could do for fun, and sell them. I tend to write up small articles here and there, so writing an eBook would be like many articles collated together.

I'm not sure. I'll give it a go later this year when I familiarise with eBooks, but thanks.

The vast majority of eBooks I have seen for "sale" were spammy get-rich schemes or MLMs. The books themselves seriously lack in quality and are crammed full of ads.

If you don't want to write an ebook, you could always promote one written by someone else and earn a good commission on every sale you make. http://clickbank.com is a good resource for this.
