Hello, everyone. I am very excited to unveil today our Editorial Service Revamp. We aim with these changes to simplify our services without limiting your choices, encourage our members to engage giving and receiving more feedback in the zone and making the process easier.
Some of the important changes:
1. New threads will be treated as Open Community Review Threads, not service requests. So you don't have to worry about being rejected for not choosing a service straight away. All service requests will be handled in a stickied thread, just like re-reviews used to work.
2. We have brought back the "questionnaires". So if you are after specific feedback from our team you can save some FP and ask us directly.
3. We have reduced the number of reviews and gave options to pay more or less FP$ depending on what you're after.
4. We now only one set of requirements to start your thread (instead of having one for each review) just to ensure there is enough material to give proper feedback. I believe they are pretty simple.
Check our Community Review Service Guidelines to see things in more detail.
