Great but public schools usually have hosting given to them by the stare.

such as something like:

location.k12.stateid.us

Private schools and universities can offered hosting and in fact, virtually all universities run there own server or two. Even public schools these days...

My highschool was nothing fancy but they ran their site of there main server.

That said, it's good to know that the option is there for schools who need it. It's a shame it's only limited to schools in the US as something like this would be absolutely great in a poorer country.
