Educational C++ Books?

Hey all I am taking an independent study for school over C++ and am in need of a good educational C++ book. It needs to be able to start from the very basics of C++ and give some in-depth knowledge. I prefer this book have practice problems or challenges in it as well BECAUSE for my final I will need to have a set goal (for example, develop my own program).

There is a eBook link at http://cplusplus.com/files/tutorial.pdf for the tutorials, but it is 144 pages long, so it take a long time to print, and staple or glue together.
