you know... its against Google's policy to haae more than one publisher's ad code...

Actually its not against the TOS and there are several other major forums that do this. I even read something from google themselves that says this is ok.

The link you've mentioned is for sites like docstoc.com, triond.com etc the policy that I mentioned is, there shouldn't be more than one publisher ID in a single page...

Oh there isn't. Both ads only show in topics both ads are from the same user or both are default.
