Email being used...

One of my emails is being used by someone and signing me up for things I didn't do..I report as spam and stuff...but anything Legal I can do to you know..take actions or whatnot?

I guess the best thing to do then would be to cancel that email address and make a new one. There are tools out there to help forward emails as long as the first one isn't closed.

I don't think there's anything you can do about that.

Unfortunately you can't escape spam mail. I've seen spam in emails I don't even publicly give out.
