OK, well I might have a situation here with a "friend." He says that even though we don't have ANY legal agreement and hardly any evidence for this case, yet he agreed upon allowing his advertisement revenue to be used through my account that if I don't give him any (or at least not all) of his money that he can file a lawsuit for embezzlement.
Is this legit? I thought embezzlement was for when you have a legal contract with the person you are working for and than take some money for yourself. Can this even be used as an excuse if we had no paper/no electronic legal agreement for this? Also, I did agree upon using my Google account for his ad revenue, though the only agreement was that and that was on AIM like months ago.
