Emphasize on quality and not quantity

I read an advertising thread here where someone was selling fake member registrations. I personally don't really approve of it so I urge all webmasters here to emphasize on quality and not quantity.

some advise to the next person who thinks of doing this

Its not really about making a thread. There is nothing wrong or illegal about it. But then its simple ethics a webmaster should have.
